Return Policy

At Fitness N Balance, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You may return most items purchased from Fitness N Balance within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

2. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@fitnessnbalance.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
• Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

• Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@fitnessnbalance.com. We will arrange the exchange process and provide further instructions.
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@fitnessnbalance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any shipping costs associated with the return (depending on a particular case basis).

6. Exceptions

• Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Customized Products: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. International Returns

• Eligibility: If you are located outside of the USA, please note that international returns may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are your responsibility.
• Refunds: Refunds for international returns will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
